They got the rotary right, it wouldnt be my favorite car ever of I didn’t like the factory motor offerings. Rotary's are one of the few unreliable things I love so, and I can't wait to get my own

Okay, slight noob here. What year roughly is this? What gen or body style is it usually called? How much to find something that looks this nice? Is there additional body-kitting on this?

This is a third gen RX7, commonly called the FD RX7. there are 3 versions of the FD RX7, series 5,6 and 7.

Series 5 is the worldwide version that we even got in America, series 6 is Europe and Japan and series 8 which is consider the best looking and coolest version is Japan only. The only us legal cars are imported or usdm series 5s.

The car I posted is a factory color with a non factory diffuser, sideskirts wing and possibly bumper.

A nice usdm rx7 can cost between $14k-$20k while prices on importin g one can fluctuate very heavily based, I’d say it’s possible to import a series 5 for cheaper than a used one but that’s because the series 5 is a much more common car worldwide and might be able to be gotten at an auction in Japan for a very reasonable price before importation fees

Sometimes when writing you get a bit ahead of yourself, I’ve mispoken, series 5 is the facelift of the 3rd gen rx7 the fc, series 6 is the world wide model, series 7 is Japan and Europe and series 8 is Japan and the best looking version. If you were wondering what model the one I picture was, well it’s LHD which means it’s only one model, the series 6, 93- 95
